For many years, our new product developments have also considered sustainability   and environmental compatibility. In 2004, all of our products were converted   to parts that are compliant with the EU-directive Restriction of the use of   certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS). This directive limits the use of   hazardous substances in electrical and electronic devices and sets strict   limits for the maximum concentrations contained in them. RoHS 2011/65/EU   confirms that all of our electro-technical products limit the use of lead,   mercury, cadmium and other substances to within the permitted concentrations.		The Underwriters Laboratories   (UL) are one of the globally most important independent facilities for evaluation, inspection and certification in the area of product safety. They   focus on high demands to the electrical safety of goods, as well as on avoidance   of risks through flammability and prevention of injury.
